These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by One1Web – Smart Web & Digital Solutions. By hiring our services or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Scope

We provide web development, web design, digital marketing, branding, and video production services. Final deliverables are limited to the scope defined in the approved proposal or agreement. Any additional work outside scope will be billed separately.

2. Advance Payment Requirement

A minimum 25% to 50% advance payment is required before starting any project. Work begins only after advance confirmation. Remaining payments are completed as per milestone schedule.

3. No Misleading Commitments

We maintain a zero-misleading policy. We do not guarantee unrealistic rankings, traffic, sales, or business outcomes. All timelines and results depend on project type, market conditions, and client cooperation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide correct content, images, credentials, and approvals on time. Delays in client response may extend project timelines. Client confirms they own rights to all provided materials.

5. Revisions Policy

Reasonable revisions are included as defined in the proposal. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. Partial refunds, if any, are decided based on completed work stage and written agreement.

7. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or client-side delays.

8. Intellectual Property

Final project ownership transfers to client only after full payment is received. Until then, all rights remain with One1Web.

9. Third-Party Tools

Projects may use third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or software. We are not responsible for future pricing or policy changes of third-party providers.

10. International Clients

We serve clients worldwide including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. All agreements are governed under Indian jurisdiction unless otherwise stated in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

One1Web is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, website downtime, or marketing performance.

12. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the latest version.
